焙煎を担当してくださったのは、まだ若き焙煎士GDATCOFFEE（グダットコーヒー）の藤池氏。
氏と何度も相談し、味を何度も確かめながら完成いたしました。
寝覚めにエスプレッソを飲めば、程よいフルーティーな酸味と苦味でシャキッと。
食事の後にドリップを飲めば、スッキリとした後味で爽やかに。
デザートと一緒にカフェラテを飲めば、濃厚な甘さを感じます。
どんなシーンにも合わせられるコーヒーを目指して作りました。
