ブレンドコーヒーシリーズの第3弾、そして最終章としてエスプレッソのためのブレンドを作り上げました。
エスプレッソそしてカフェラテ、カプチーノで飲んでいただきたい商品です。
「age」という名の通り、焙煎から1ヶ月以上のエイジングを経た豆だけを販売いたします。
若い頃には苦くて飲めなかったエスプレッソも、歳を重ねるごとにその美味しさが分かってきます。
また、豆もある一定の期間置く（エイジングする）ことで、より柔らかな味わいが生まれます。
さらにご自宅に届いてからの日数を経ることで、さらに味わいが変化する楽しみがあります。
「枯れていく美もまた、あるだろう」と思い、今回のブレンド販売に至りました。
焙煎を担当してくださったのは、まだ若き焙煎士GDATCOFFEE（グダットコーヒー）の藤池氏。
氏と何度も相談し、味を何度も確かめながら完成いたしました。

カフェラテにするとココアのような甘みを感じることが出来ます。
アラビカ種（タンザニア）とロブスタ種（インド）を1:1の比率でブレンドすることで、ガツンとパンチのある味わいでありながら、スペシャルティらしい華やかな酸味を持ち合わせたブランドになりました。

The third installment and final chapter of our blend series: a masterpiece crafted specifically for espresso.
This blend is designed to be savored as espresso, café latte, or cappuccino. True to its name, "age," we exclusively sell beans that have undergone at least one month of aging post-roast.
Just as an espresso that felt too bitter in our youth becomes a cherished flavor as we grow older, coffee beans develop a mellow, rounded character when allowed to rest for a certain period. We believe there is a unique beauty in this process of maturation—the beauty of "fading with grace." We invite you to enjoy how the flavor continues to evolve in your care at home.
Once again, this blend was crafted by Mr. Fujiike, the talented young roaster from GDATCOFFEE. Through many consultations and rigorous tastings together, we have perfected this profound flavor profile.

By blending Arabica (Tanzania) and Robusta (India) in a 1:1 ratio, we have created a brand that delivers a powerful punch while retaining the elegant, bright acidity characteristic of specialty coffee.
